::I now have to correct my original review from 5 years ago: Since the change of ownership of the Edeka market, the staff has been friendly and courteous. All concerns are answered well. The branch cannot do anything about downtime due to illness; this occurs across all industries. Original review: Staff have all the time, supermarket customers are often served faster than postal customers, At 8:10 a.m. the safe for the stamps is not yet open and cannot be opened. Statement from the staff: you'll just have to wait.

::The last two years have been an absolute disaster. No matter when you come, it's always "closed due to illness" It's been like this for the last 24 months and nothing has changed. Closed again today June 22nd, 2023, although there are enough employees on site. Completely arbitrary opening hours. Dhl should keep an eye on whether the branch should be closed. The last 10 times, at least for me, it didn't work to deliver a package. If you want to drop off a package, don't even try here

The opening times are not suitable for working people!! But this is not due to the employees, but rather due to poor personnel planning; more staff should be trained for the post office counter!
