::It's interesting that so many people praise the friendliness of the staff. I have a completely different experience. That may have something to do with the fact that I'm not German. I experience micro-aggressions every time I go there, my name is nagged at, the service is unfriendly, people look at me sternly, etc. I don't like going there.

::Unfortunately, it is chronically overloaded, the branch is overflowing with packages, everything is entered using a manual system, which of course significantly increases the time it takes to search for packages. Perhaps DHL would be well advised to install a packing station here. Alternatively, additional staff could be hired and an IT solution could also be found for sorting the packages. This would also make it possible to control utilization much better; people who just want to pick something up could, for example, go into a separate queue. Definitely a lot of optimization opportunities. The staff is very nice and this review is in no way intended to discredit them.
