::I find it problematic how people here vent their displeasure in the form of an extremely negative review just because you don't throw rose petals at their feet. It is a privately run kiosk with a high number of visitors, so the opening times are completely ok and I follow them, especially since I know them. At inconvenient times I use vending machines or other shops. There is a lot of activity and employees are a financial challenge, especially for privately run businesses. Personally, I would like to continue to use this branch and when the many sheiks and countesses keep throwing such reviews plucked from the quarry of defiance at the feet of the team (which is burdened with an incredible amount of work), I wonder how long the people there will be able to endure this . The team is doing an excellent job considering the stress on site and I am grateful that they exist. Incidentally, this currently applies and will probably continue to apply in the future to most industries, which are having an increasingly difficult time with staff shortages, competition and, above all, bitter customers. So dear people: shout a little cheerfully into the forest.

::Unfortunately, the new employee is very unfriendly and insensitive. The atmosphere in the store is very cold. You get the impression that the broadcast is free and that's why you are treated badly. It's a shame it's always been my favorite shop for over 10 years. The former employee was great and always greeted customers with a nice laugh

::It's been my standard post office for a long time. Since the staff changed, I only go into this store when it is unavoidable. Then you have to be prepared for an impertinent tone combined with unfriendliness and incompetence at all levels. In addition, card payments are only possible from €15, which I have never experienced anywhere in Germany. You probably have to take it with humor :D

::Since the new employee has been there, I've preferred to avoid going there. She is totally unfriendly and you can't pay with a card there. Only from 15€?! Incomprehensible. This is easily possible at other branches. It's just a shame, the employee who used to work there was super friendly.

::Nice shop for DHL courier service or return of any products from Zalando etc. The lady at the counter was good, smiling and helpful. You can also buy small boxes, birthday letters etc if you want or need it. Small stationary shop too..
