::Processing DHL parcels disappointing According to the sender, our package was delivered to this branch. It was there when we picked it up, but it wasn't handed over because it was already fully booked because the pick-up deadline had passed. When asked, the response was annoyed and the collection slip was simply torn up. There's nothing more you can do about it. The package is being returned. An absolute disgrace, because the retention period of 7 WORKING DAYS had definitely not passed! The service (if you can even call it that) is outrageous and an absolute disgrace. Unfortunately not recommended!

::Opening hours are a joke, the owner is rude and unfriendly, even insulting. DHL should take a different approach in Thüngersheim.

::Very friendly staff, giving 1-2 stars just because of the opening times is very unfair to the staff. What the employees can't even do, to kindly address it personally, probably no one has the courage anymore. 5 stars +1 ;) fully deserved.

::Due to the construction site, it is now only open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.... The shop can remain closed straight away. And that despite the large signs “We are open despite the construction site!”. Why not open from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.? So this parcel station is completely useless and out of place.
