I really can't understand dissatisfied customers here, there's most likely some underlying negativity or a bad day. Keep it up 👏🏼

::Impolite. Disgraceful and disappointing! My aunt sent two packages, but only one arrived. When she asked, she was wrongly accused and kicked out?? Such horrific allegations without proper scrutiny are unacceptable. Customer service should be urgently improved to prevent such miscommunications.

::Unfortunately extremely slow shipping when it comes to packages. Sometimes the shipments stay in the branch for three days before they are forwarded. Otherwise, always friendly service 😊
