  I regularly bring packages etc there. The operator has always been friendly, not effusive, but I can't understand him being unfriendly.

  Incredibly unfriendly! If it were possible, I wouldn't even give it one star. I wanted to return a package and had to show a QR code that would then be used to print the return slip. I was sent away again without being helped. This is now the third time that I have been confronted like this there. You aren't even greeted with a "hello", just a dark look. I always leave the branch with a really bad feeling because you get the feeling that customers are unwanted.

  I regularly drop off my letters or pick up packages here. So far, the employees have always been friendly, and the gentleman in particular has helped me in a very uncomplicated and friendly manner several times when I came in with somewhat unusual problems.
