  Update after today's visit: Unfortunately nothing has changed at all in terms of the friendliness of the staff. The lady who served me today was almost afraid to ask a question. Instead of asking me at the beginning what kind of service I would like to have, she reacted extremely uneconomically when it became clear that I wanted something other than what she had assumed. Incredible, the way you deal with customers. Unfortunately, you have to rely on it. Original rating: It's my preferred branch as there aren't any great alternatives now. Main post does not work at all. So far, I've always been very impressed by the service and friendliness. This week, however, I was there on Monday and today and anything but satisfied and enthusiastic, although I was still trying to simplify and make things easier. My concern was dealt with unwillingly and in a non-customer-friendly tone. It was both times and the same employee. I hope to get better.

  Easy to reach, in combination with Obi, Wurst-Teufel and the bakery. Unfortunately closes early.

  It can hardly be more unfriendly: staff don't get their teeth apart, don't greet. The only plus: lots of free parking spaces.

  I'm not going there anymore. In part, very unfriendly and insufficiently trained in mail items staff. The selection of tobacco, cigarettes and magazines is not included in this review, it seems to be all right.
