  I can't understand the bad reviews before me. Never have any problems with my packages here. Recently I had to send a large package that would have cost extra without the box, was bulky and bulky. Several friendly employees then supported me in obtaining packaging material in the store and in the end putting together a compliant package and sending it on its way. I think there can always be problems with packages due to the postal service's requirements. However, this branch or the employees can't do anything about it. They only implement the guidelines and were always helpful and friendly during my visits there.

  Unfriendly and sometimes incompetent staff. The staff assumes that you know everything about the package shipping process by heart and gives unfriendly answers right from the start for no reason. In the end everything worked out, but only because I kept asking. Not recommended!

  If you're in a hurry, go somewhere else. Because some people also buy drinks there. Often new employees who don't really know much about postal matters. Training would be appropriate for postation.

  Constantly different opening times or unmanned counters. Poorly trained staff (temporary workers) and ongoing technical problems, etc.

  Currently open until 4 p.m. 🤦‍♂️ The parcel station in front of the door is more efficient than the staff. Absolute disaster!
