::Postal service has improved greatly compared to previous years. No more discussion about wanting to submit too many registered letters. But what motivated me to only give 3* stars was an observation about how the "man of the house" handled customers' packages somewhat unpleasantly. Even if dropped to the ground from a small height, the contents can have consequences. This can lead to problems, frustration for the recipient and returns, especially with obvious technology (banderole from MediaMarkt). Which in turn leads to extra work for the operator. To dismiss this in front of an audience as if it were nothing or to show little insight does not show character. Let's assume that this is not normal behavior and that customers' property is generally handled with care and that it was simply a bad day. At best it would be inexcusable and not even worth 1*.

::Small but nice, this shop! Very competent staff, always friendly and helpful. Despite high customer frequency, you are served very quickly and without long waiting times. The bosses and the two employees have a high level of specialist knowledge in the areas of tobacco products, lottery and postal services. A shop - like before - where the customer was still king!!! Stay with us for a long time and keep it up!
