  I recently observed how unbecoming some customers behave here, and I felt a bit sorry for the employee. As a customer, I was always served nicely and politely. Therefore rightly 5 stars!

  It depends on which lady is at the reception! I've also had bad luck and been treated unfriendly and snippy! Otherwise almost always nice

  Jörg Ma have a nice good day. I don't think your statements are okay. When I was in this branch I can only say that everyone there is very friendly and puts a lot of effort into it.
