::The woman with the black hair is absolutely disgusting. I forgot my ID card and I had a picture of it on my phone, she said that wouldn't be enough (I can understand that). And she said “I'll be here until 6 o'clock”, my mother brought me the ID card and guess what. It was 5:36 p.m. and they were closed. This is not the first time!!

::I have on November 27th. a package was delivered to the packing station. On November 29th It was picked up for further shipping and has not been shipped since. Unfortunately, the research assignment has not yielded anything so far. I find that very miserable. The Advent calendar, gift, stollen and pastries are on ice somewhere. Sad!!!

::As a new citizen, I visited the branch for the first time on October 13, 2017 to carry out a simple post-identification procedure. The lady at the counter seemed a little overwhelmed to me, which is not surprising given the rush, given the opening times from 4:30 p.m. After I had to wait a good 10 minutes, I first posted 2 simple letters for €0.70. Afterwards they asked me to put myself on the side with the postal ID so that they could process the customers who only had letters or parcels!!! .. I vehemently rejected this and insisted on being cleared. ... in retrospect it turns out that I would probably have done that better, because .... the Post-Ident ended up in my mailbox today instead of in Hamburg ... absolutely unbelievable and desolate.
