  Ever since the store changed ownership and the post office was merged with the lottery store, it's been sickening. At the time when there are a lot of parcels (currently mid-December) you stand in line far in front of the store because there is only one employee in the store who is solely responsible for mail, tobacco and magazine sales!!! Worried and hopelessly overwhelmed. Presumably due to the new entrepreneur's stinginess. Without the need for the post office, the store would definitely have been gone for a long time.

  Queue of around 10 people, as the post office in Lichtenhagen is closing, everything is being moved from there to here. Furthermore, there is only one employee on site who is hopelessly overwhelmed and seems extremely stressed, which is also noticeable in the tone. I wanted to pick up my package, but she couldn't find it, but since there were many others waiting behind me, I was kind enough to stop by again on Monday, maybe my package could be found then. Since it was an international shipment, it's not that easy to resend it, so I was a little annoyed. The service is getting worse and worse and everything is reduced to the minimum, Postbank/DHL and Co.

  So bad and unqualified, unfriendly and completely clueless. I'd rather go somewhere else.

  Without words, becoming even more unkind when you make your own mistakes. No replacement and the statement...maybe it'll work now. Everything was done correctly but sent to me, 200 meters away, instead of Berlin. If a complaint is made due to errors on their part, no insight, no friendliness, no solution and no compensation. It was obvious, even to the insurance company, that the error was exactly there. The importance of a show is not important. You have to get down on your knees and ask for it to be sent right. Post am Kino is highly recommended.
