  I was there around 16:00; the door was open, and I could get in! The owner was answering someone else. Meanwhile, I took a packet, put my papers inside, and searching for a pen to write the addresses! The owner was already done with the previous customer and told me if I did not write the address before, he could not give me service because it was already 16:03! I told him the door was open and I was inside your shop a few minutes ago (I don't know before 16:00 or 16:01, but the door was open and I came in!), also writing will take only 1 minute (who were saying that I could give you service if you already were done with writing!)! He did not provide me with service and asked me to leave the shop! I am so unhappy about their behavior. I believe people in customer service should be much more flexible, supportive, and kind to their customers.

  Upto 18:00 uhr service some days in week. English speaking lady is there mostly.

  Was always great with friendly service (available in English) until my last visit. Maybe the man was having a bad day. He told me he didn't speak English and was very unhelpful and sour. My husband assured me he had seen that same man (who works there) speak English on prior visits.

  My favourite local post office. Always friendly and helpful.
