  Take a break every minute, that's certainly OK - but does it have to be done in a very harsh tone? Maybe the idea of ​​service comes into play here too. Only satisfied customers pay your salary.... I won't be coming back and I'll be happy to move on.

  We have been delivering parcels to this branch in Forstern almost every day for years. The “processing” is always quick, uncomplicated - and, above all, very friendly!

  I wanted to drop off some parcels that had been franked online at the Forstern post office. The employee, an older gentleman, was extremely unfriendly from the start! At first he criticized the dimensions, even though they corresponded exactly to the DHL Package S. When I subsequently asked whether I could get a shipping note with the tracking number for my packages, which is normal, I was refused. When I asked again, I was asked to leave the store and find another branch! Maybe the owner should think about the staff and the rude treatment of customers after the countless negative reviews that can be found on the internet!

  very friendly staff Mail is picked up by the parcel truck 2 or even 3 times a day. My packages usually arrive at the recipient the next day. Absolutely top!
