::Only had good experiences. The employees are always trying to help you, but they often get the bad mood and impatience of the customers, and then they sometimes react accordingly, but if 100 people a day are in a bad mood and rip you off because their package hasn't arrived yet, then that's it I understand your reaction. A little more friendliness towards the staff would be more than appropriate, they do a good job!
