::The mail is getting worse and worse, even the postman doesn't come every day and the parcel delivery person doesn't even speak German. Sometimes I don't have any mail for a whole week and then suddenly I get 10 letters at once that were on the way for up to 2 weeks. Multiple complaints don't help at all. Shame you are worse than the worst developing country

::The ladies at the post office are very friendly and helpful. As far as the shirt collection point is concerned, it's far more than a big disappointment. A week's wait to get 3 shirts back washed and ironed. The fun costs EUR 6.30, an absolute disgrace. Never again.
