::I have always been welcomed nicely at this tiny shop between a dönerci and the bottle machines. Every employee has treated me well and with relaxation. If they didn't sell cigarettes and similar drugs, it would be perfect.

::Postage paid at the counter only the lady didn't put the correct postage amount on the letter. So the return came the next day with a request to frank it accordingly. 🤔 Receipt is available. Let's wait and see how the post office deals with this situation. Very annoying.... Addendum: The problem was solved very friendly and immediately! Many thanks to the nice lady!!!

::I am extremely angry and how the customers are treated here. I wanted to drop off a package. I had already prepared everything and just had to hand it over. The lady then said we don't accept packages because they are full. But a post office employee just picked up 2 large wheelchairs with packages in front of me. So there must have been space again. What should you do if the post office doesn't even accept PACKAGES anymore? In any case, I feel very ripped off!!!

::Super friendly service, even if there are no special stamps on offer. I just can't understand the Amazon customers who block the counter and come with their return carts and definitely leave a big ecological footprint. This makes them cry from time to time, for which they will definitely get a tissue at the next opportunity.
