::A shortage of skilled workers like a book. The gentleman was unable to sell me a stamp for a large letter with basic tracking and then became rude. Nobody has probably told him anything about Matrix stamps.

::I have been a customer for a long time and have to return to the last review from July 30th/31st. 21 express. The owner hasn't changed, the ladies are on vacation sometimes and even though a man works as a substitute, he is very polite and accommodating. Maybe he didn't have much time for small talk, but he always takes care of my problems. I also noticed that he followed the hygiene regulations after my visit. There is also a customer disinfectant dispenser right at the door.
