  Today November 8th, 2022. How can 1 lady send a package without an address. We will arrive there in 10 minutes after handing over the package whose address we forgot. She: "because she can no longer send the package back to us. So where does she want to send it??? I ask. the lady's behavior is at a very bad level

  Teach your drivers traffic rules. Almost got hit at a zebra crossing because your driver said he could drive at 60 in the 30 zone and didn't have to stop if a pedestrian wanted to cross the zebra crossing. An older lady across the street was also lucky that she wasn't in the middle yet. That's a disgrace.
