::Unfriendly and incompetent. I've been sending shipments all over the world for years, but today was the last time I set foot in here. The first time my pre-franked package including tracking and insurance was booked as a consignment of goods, i.e. I actually paid more because Warenpost is much cheaper, but without insurance and without a DHL shipment number. The last two times, none of the three employees knew how to book the shipment. I was told tall tales to cover up my own incompetence. After mentioning that the whole thing works easily in my village branch, the short, chubby gentleman with the yellow, ingrown fingernails loudly told me as I was leaving the branch that I should visit my village branch in the future. I will also do this, which you can rely on. What a shame. In addition, higher prices are often charged here than in other branches. I advise everyone to send their mail here.
