::I've had my packages delivered here several times and have never had any problems. I also know the one colleague who served me first and she was very nice and helpful, while the other colleague was simply unfriendly towards me afterwards and I think that's a shame. My package wasn't found and I was just given a number instead of really explaining to me how this could happen and what options I now have. I expect a little more empathy and friendliness, especially if the error is not the customer's fault but the parcel branch's.

::Very friendly and fast service. Always polite. Sometimes you have to wait (rush hours at 12:00 p.m. and in the afternoon from 4:00 p.m.). But overall I'm very satisfied.
