  I often go to this branch to take care of my postal matters. I am always greeted here in a friendly and polite manner and my affairs are always carried out to my complete satisfaction. I can't say anything negative here. I like being here.

  Here, friendliness and willingness to help become the perfect service. I have been a completely satisfied customer there from the start and don't know of any other post office in Detmold that is anywhere near comparable and works so well. Therefore I think the negative review is a mix-up. Especially when Meffert was rated negatively at the same time. It is probably Hiddesen and not Heiligenkirchen. All other offers from Michels Multistore are also excellent.

  I picked up 2 packages here that never arrived...very poor service when complaining. Customer focus is zero: I was told I could go somewhere else, so I do and it's much better there
