::The opening hours of this post office are an absolute disgrace! As a normal working person, it is almost impossible to achieve them. How are you supposed to do your postal business if the branch is only open during normal working hours? It's high time something changed and more flexible opening hours were introduced to meet customers' needs.

::The low rating is just because of one employee. This person is very unfriendly to some and very instructive to others.... Even if you can send packages to other employees in the same branch 1000 times without any problems, they always find something and unfortunately not in a nice tone. All other employees are great.
