::1 star - I got my package. Poach customers - failed. Briefly about the history: I sent my package to the post office I trusted because nobody was at home to accept it. On the app, I was able to track the package that had been loaded into the car and was on its way to the branch. I was more astonished when I received the message that the package had been diverted in this small branch. When I had to take a longer detour to pick up my package and it arrived, I was welcomed in a friendly manner. Immediately you learned the new gossip, as well as some internal things. I think it's absurd to make other post offices bad. You work together in a company. Everyone tries to make the best of this particular situation. It is clear that there is a higher package coming up. "It's good that you came to us, said the lady. The other post office is not good, they are unfriendly there and (according to sense) are badly advised. I answer: That I have no problems with the branch in question. The lady then : You are the only one. She would have heard it that way. She would have been in the village for 17 years and has never been there. I should rather have the packages sent here, they are friendlier here, .... OK, ..... I thanked you for the nice conversation and went with my package. Conclusion: If you gossip about people / colleagues / companies you don't know and only gossip from hearsay, the shot can backfire at some point. Fortunately, there are different opinions. But the positive opinions / assessments are not "gossiped on". Pity!

::Dismantled after the conversion. 3x been there because of PostIdent. 2x "do not know how to do it, they better wait for the colleague," 1x "the printer is not working properly for a week". Too bad. I hope it gets better again

::Very customer unfriendly opening hours. For me it is now a k.o. Criterion when a mail order company ships by mail.

::Nice personel. BUT: shorter and shorter opening hours, now only open in the mornings during the summer holidays. How should you pick up your parcel when you're working? That may even spend as a post office.
