::5/5 stars if Ms. Steffen is on site. Then the branch is always open on time and well organized. She knows her job! 1/5 if Ms. Steffen is on vacation / sick. Sometimes it simply doesn't open, no message or other information. Many of the “substitutes” seem totally helpless and overwhelmed. You get the feeling that people are being "cast" off the street... so total chaos. One can fear the day when Ms. Steffen retires or the branch may be closed.

::The employee is always rude and in a bad mood. You don't want to go to the post office because you know that you will only be insulted and you certainly don't want to ask questions there.

::Wanted to pick up a package. Unfortunately you cannot rely on the opening times. There is currently a notice there with special opening times. But even during these opening hours the store is closed. I've stood in front of a locked door several times, even during regular opening hours.

::Never had any problems - opening times are adjusted somewhat “dynamically” from time to time. But if I don't come today, I'll come tomorrow... I once had difficulties with a return - but that was my own incompetence. The lady recommended that I try again with a better mobile network and thereby saved me high return costs!
Toni S,
::I don't go to the post office often, but when I go 10-15 times a year and about 5 times, either when it's closed at opening time, I have a note with me; I'm away for a short time, or there's some other reason it's hanging in the front door, then unfortunately that says it all about reliability. Furthermore, I find it a bit inappropriate to comment on the price (€400 shouldn't be an extreme amount) when ordering a surname. Unfortunately, it's like a game of dice whether you meet a nice, friendly, accommodating saleswoman, a harsh one, or an unfriendly, reserved one. Unfortunately it's all the same person...
