::Young gentleman is a disaster! I have never experienced someone so unfriendly and unprofessional in service! He has sent me away several times for no reason and on top of that he doesn't seem to be able to think along and help! We grew up in Vorsfelde and I always enjoy going to the local shops, but here I always think about whether I should go there because of him. The lady is TOP, nice and very friendly, with her there are never any problems when delivering the mail, with him every time he sees me he changes gears and demands something.. The boy hates foreigners, he is simply hostile and discriminatory, he intentionally left my mail for 2 weeks and didn't send it, now I found out from my insurance company that they didn't receive the mail! He is damaging this shop and it is truly unbelievable that such people are still employed in the service! Zero as a human being and zero empathy for fellow human beings is a no GO in a job like this! Please let your boss know about the details, I think it wouldn't do you any harm to know!!!

::The employee working the late shift today, July 31, 2023, seems to have a problem serving foreigners. The company should consider whether racist employees are acceptable for the company. I just witnessed an incident in which the said employee was reluctant or unwilling to serve a foreign man.

::Always happy, the gentleman from Hanover advises everyone individually and competently. There were 4 customers and he served everyone in a professional, calm manner. My neighbor said he looked damn good too, all in all a complete package of 5 stars.
