  The branch is currently closed on Saturdays. In addition, the branch is unfortunately very often closed due to illness, so it is at least closed for reasons. My example: The shipment could not be delivered on Tuesday due to absence, so the shipment must be picked up at the branch. However, the branch was closed on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays due to illness and is generally not open on Saturdays. Very annoying! Positive: The employee, when the branch is open, is very friendly.

  The branch is constantly closed due to illness or operational reasons. I can't understand why packages are stored there. The driver knows that the branch is not open. Staff is always friendly and eager to help when the branch is open.

  The staff is always super nice and I'm really glad that this branch exists in Bahlingen. However, it has happened to me several times now that the branch was closed during the stated opening hours. You may not want to save on staffing capacity so that the branch is staffed even when you are on vacation or sick.

  What else can I say about DHL and its branches? It's actually not rocket science to properly forward a package that is delivered as an express delivery. But no, according to the shipment tracking, it's still lying around at the branch two days later. How can it be that no notification is triggered in the branch for a transaction that is declared as an express delivery and was not marked as picked up within 24 hours? Because the staff is well trained? Obviously not. Incomprehensible. Unfortunately not the first time. On the contrary. That's it for now. Never again!
