::In addition to the completely unacceptable opening hours, it is also completely incompetent, but arrogant in every way. I wanted to tell someone that a conventional shipping bag cannot be sent. Ok, if he couldn't do it, the post office in Vegesack could do it as usual without any problems!!! In the future, I will prefer to send my shipments, no matter which ones, for shopping or to work, etc. Take it with you and then drop it off at a branch where the people know their job!!!

::Times are really bad... I think 12:00 is really too short. A lot of residents get help at least twice a week until 4 p.m. It takes over an hour to get to Schwanewede by bus to buy stamps or send something. Not everyone has a car. ..to send a normal letter you have to put around €4 on it. The people who work shifts don't know how to use it. Kind regards, Beate

::Unfortunately, I haven't gotten around to visiting the branch during opening hours yet. During this time I am at work. The times are an absolute joke, aren't they? Every day except Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Who is this branch for? At least not for the working population.
