  Finally someone who is competent and friendly to take care of my problem with the "franking". Despite the “long line,” the lady at the counter did the postage stamping. I simply hadn't put enough postage on it and the Post Shop employee said she would take care of it. All's well that ends well. I'll come back any time. I can only recommend the new employee with a clear conscience. Thank youeeeee :)

  Basically unfriendly employees, I don't know any nice service in this store. The work ethic is also subpar: I was at the branch 10 minutes early and wanted to pick up my package... it wasn't ready yet, I understood and did the shopping in that time. 15 minutes later, I saw my own package on the counter. The staff didn't want to give it to me because it hadn't been scanned yet. I asked again... in the end the whole thing took forever and I almost missed my train. It would have been possible to speed up the process and make some effort, but instead I was asked to come back the next day. (Keyword environmental protection? I have to drive back because the Markant is not near me). Conclusion: Every time I deal with this branch, I leave in a bad mood or feeling stupid. I'm now trying to have my packages sent to another branch if I can't be found at home.
