::Opening time is 8.30 am, but there was a paper outside office that it will open at 9.00 am. But it didn't open till 9.45 am. Soo much bad experience. Hell services no star.

::Friendly, efficient service. Location is ideal next to a pharmacy, Aldi and Edeka, and the Ubahn Station.

::The old man sitting there is a very rude for no reason. He has no idea about how to talk to the customers. I think, he is just frustrated and vents out his frustration on the customers. The store services are really slow in general and the queues can reach the neighboring Apotheke while this guy struggles to find the parcels because of almost no management.
