::I go there again and again and I have to say that all the employees are very friendly, except for one older lady. The people behind me also just shook their heads. The package was thrown back to me because, in her opinion, the adhesive tape wasn't sitting properly. Of course, I didn't have any with me and asked politely if she had one for me. It felt like she almost jumped in my face. Outrageous really!!!!

::Every week I visit the post office in the Rewemarkt in the Aischparkcenter. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND COURTESY, READY TO HELP, CONSTANTLY TRYING TO MASTER EVERYTHING WELL, WHATEVER THEY SUCCEED!!! Maybe some customers should also remember that there can be a staff shortage here, like everywhere else at the moment, but everything is taken care of in a friendly manner. If packages are picked up late, there are many regulations that have to be adhered to, the service workers can do it nothing for it!!! And, which is probably very understandable, there are very stressful days and situations here too, like everywhere else, that sometimes you can lose your smile, it's just human!!! HAVE YOU EVER THINKED ABOUT IT IF THIS POSTFILLIALE DIDN'T EXIST? EVEN IN CORONA TIMES? NO ONE IS PERFECT AND FOR MANY IT WOULD BE EASIER TO BLOW A LEY, THERE ARE REALLY WORSE THINGS. I AM ALWAYS VERY SATISFIED AND WILL GLADLY GO AGAIN.
