::In itself a nice, bright branch. 2 points deducted for the always very unfriendly older “lady” at the post office counter. (blonde highlights) Everyone has a bad day sometimes, but she is ALWAYS absolutely mushy. I work in retail... If I acted like that I would have been fired long ago.

::The last juice shop, but only after a change of operator! You run behind there on a Friday evening after work and find yourself standing in front of the closed door at 6:30 p.m., even though the opening time from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. is noted on the pick-up slip and on the Internet too. They do whatever they want, they simply have no idea about customer-oriented work.

::This branch is a disaster, especially since the operator changed a few weeks ago. The boss is either unable or unwilling to settle damage clearly caused by the branch. It makes no sense to be referred to DHL, who of course refuse to regulate if flowers are simply left at the post office for 4 days. Today I once again stood in front of a closed post office during regular opening hours. No information on the door as to whether and when it will be open again. Quality looks different, as does customer friendliness.

::For me as a customer, the post office and tobacco shop are one and the same business. Why do they have different opening times? The lady at the checkout is there anyway and didn't seem particularly busy. Why can't she just pick out my package, scan it and hand it to me? An outsider should understand that...

::This woman was very rude and unfriendly on Tuesday shortly before closing time!!! I arrived at 5:29 p.m. Yes, very close, but opening times are 5:30 p.m. The woman from the staff just put a “Closed” sign on the counter and I politely asked that she still accept my two small packages. I was told in a very brisk and rude tone: It's closed and I also have other customers. To which the ONE customer who was still in the branch said: oh please accept the packages, I'm happy to wait a moment. She replied in the same rude tone: Don't you understand, it's closed. So if I did my job like that, I would already be fired. You can't act like that when you're working in public!!!!!
