  I really enjoy going here because you get service quickly and, unlike most other post offices, you're never stuck in front of a locked door. I have never received an unfriendly greeting or farewell and can therefore not understand this criticism.

  I bring shipments of goods, parcels and parcels to this branch almost every day. All employees are friendly and lively at work. The advice is good and helpful. You have to consider how many kg are accepted, lifted and packed every day. In addition, some customers think that the postal workers still have to seal their packages. But that works too. You tip at the hairdresser, doctor or therapist. You should treat the staff to that too. Small touches always have a positive effect.

  They didn't want to assume my BüWa was too big, so I should please send it as a package. Unfortunately, a false statement and repeated! I drove to Asseln, no problem, the shipment fits there. Incidentally, BüWa cardboard boxes were purchased standardized to DIN. Maybe the employees should receive another short training session on dimensions. More than annoying for me as a customer.
