::Since the change of employees on site, you have felt friendly and competent advice. Even if it takes a long time, you are still in good hands there as a customer. Even the impression of the new design is superbly implemented. Keep it up 👍

::Apparently there has been an operator and therefore a change in personnel. Before, the post office/lotto branch was worth 5 stars, and customer service was still very important. Overall, the staff and the renovation make a questionable impression. A few days ago we were at this post office because, according to an email, a package had been redirected there. Unfortunately we didn't have a card in the mailbox, which strangely enough didn't arrive until two days later. But there was the email and the online tracking, both of which announced that the package would be ready for collection at the post office the following day. Nevertheless, they wanted to explain to us on site that there was no package there. A day later, upon receipt of the card, which was dated on that day, the package also showed up. Here too the adhesives are from two days ago. It was therefore understandable that the package must have already been there. Today the worst case scenario happened. With the note from another shipment to the branch. I didn't pay much attention to the glue on it because people have been going there for years. End of song... I was half an hour early and they couldn't/wouldn't hand me the package because it wasn't there yet. So I went in again at lunchtime. The door was open, customers were being served at Lotto. A sign indicates a break from 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. However, I didn't receive the package again because it was 1:15 p.m. and according to the sticker on my card and the internet there was a break at that time. Then my patience broke. I give everyone their break, but then the shop closes uniformly. When I point out the discrepancy in the afternoon, I don't want to have to discuss where, what, when and how. Serving some customers and not others is extremely questionable. The post office business is probably not profitable. I don't remember ever having such problems with this post office before and will have my packages redirected in the future.

::I don't normally write reviews, but the impression I got from this store basically drove me to: Last Saturday we rushed to deliver a package before 2 p.m. Went there at 5:20 and unfortunately found the door closed. Ignored by both people in the store, they were chatting away. Visited again today to drop off the package in question and I have to say it was a total disaster. There was a queue all the way to the door in front of the post office and the tobacco counter. The customers were served by just one employee. I can understand if it takes a little longer if there is only one employee on site, but she didn't give the impression that she knew what she was doing and that's why it took a long time. I stood in the crowded store for 25 minutes to finally hand in my package.

::Since the change of operator, the post office has been nothing but a disaster. Finding the post office open is just a matter of luck. A few days ago there was a sign: "Closed for inventory." Today we were there at 2:20 p.m. and there was a note on the door again: closed from 2 p.m. PO Box customers and people with mail appointments often find themselves in front of a locked door without being scheduled. Unfortunately, the usual service from the predecessor and his employees is no longer available.
