::Nothing against the branch but what the post office is doing is absolutely crazy. Deliveries for FB to be made there. You can't get there by public transport! Already noticed it several times when picking it up. But she's not interested. It's just easier for them to do this. Calling a number somewhere else is even less beneficial!

::I live almost directly next to the post office in Großburgwedel, but since 80% of the staff there are unfortunately not able to do the work properly, I really enjoy going to Neuwarmbüchen. Everything works quickly and easily there, no matter who is on duty, all the ladies there are always very nice. And as a big plus: the maximum waiting time is a maximum of ten minutes despite rush hour, where you can spend three quarters of an hour in Großburgwedel... In addition, the opening times are great, not as old and outdated as in Großburgwedel...
