  Disrespectful, unprofessional and unhelpful. Clearly a classic "small power" situation. Not the first time I had problems there. Avoid this place.

  Incredibly rude, unprofessional and badly run. Was such a frustrating experience dealing with them that I left without picking up my package. Huge chip on their shoulder about the fact that I wasn’t German and the person behind the counter clearly got off on the tiny amount of power she had in that situation, absolutely disgusting.
