  This event happened a few months ago. I was served by an extremely unfriendly young man in his 30s. But I still remained calm and friendly because I wanted everything to go “smoothly”. There was no customer there except me. I came right after lunch break. I explained to the gentleman that I had a very important letter that needed to be sent express to Istanbul. He took a lot of money from me, but I didn't have a good feeling when I left. You could really tell that he didn't really enjoy his job. In any case, after 2 weeks my documents still hadn't arrived in Istanbul. So I went to another post office in Mannheim Neckarau. There I received a friendly welcome, good advice and paid significantly less than in the Weinheim branch. Lo and behold - the letter arrived. I almost missed my deadline because of this incompetent employee, who is also incredibly unfriendly! It's a shame that such grumpy people are allowed to work in the service industry. Do the customers and yourself a favor and work in the warehouse or somewhere else where you have little or no contact with people! I'm basically a humane person and very generous with my reviews, but I would have long since terminated the gentlemen here without notice. That's an imposition. No crap.

  The post office in Weinheim isn't particularly fast, everything is very comfortable and the advice isn't that good either

  Depending on who is serving...the man around 30 described above is really extremely unfriendly and incompetent
