::Very unfriendly and inflexible, why?... should pick up a package at the branch, it wasn't there yet. Came a few minutes later as a return, 3 employees were present in the branch but were overwhelmed when scanning again, reacted unfriendly. Should be in an hour come again, even though she had it in her hand and could have given it to me. Very stroppy answers, thank you, if I had been a little friendly I would have understood. But 3 employees and everyone make such a face, I should apologize now because I have a package would like to pick up
