::Unfortunately, zero stars are not possible. Always the same picture, unfriendly staff. You always feel disruptive. As usual, the package is not ready for collection even though it is on the card. As a normal working person, I'm going to the post office again during my working hours tomorrow. The opening times are an absolute joke. There is no alternative for a post office in Blankenhain...

::Friendly employee. Sometimes a bit over-precise, especially in borderline cases. Here you should act with a little more sense of proportion without going through pointless paragraphs. So far there have been no problems with powers of attorney. Trick for new arrivals whose residence is not yet registered in the town: issue yourself a power of attorney. The information can then be included in the ID card.

::I used to enjoy going to the post office here, but now as a working person you can't do anything with these opening times anymore...even opening for ONLY 1 hour on Saturday is a joke. Whenever I come there as a business customer with a package, I am told that it doesn't work that way. Or some data is missing... strangely enough, at the other branches it ALWAYS works without problems and without discussions. At the end she scans it and behold: it works after all! Please hire sensible and friendly staff there or at least change the opening times!

::You can't give 0 stars... Opening hours are impossible for working people. Either you're retired or you have to send your poor grandma to pick up your package... Plus, as a foreigner, I wanted to do a Post ID and I was told everywhere that it should take place at my post office. Of course it wasn't possible here. Does it have to do with my non-German nationality????? What should I think of this? Nevertheless, I also ordered a PO box for personal reasons. The good woman at the post office scolded me like my mother NEVER scolded me... to say that I should empty my mailbox. Sorry, good lady, that I don't know everything. You can say it nicely, even nicer when it comes to a client... am I wrong? The problem with “your package can be picked up tomorrow from 10 a.m.”. I can laugh to death... I can wait until 3:30 p.m. and still have to come back the next day or in 2 days... Outrageous, really... Now I'm doing everything possible to NOT step into this post office.

::Despite a general power of attorney including an ID card, packages are not handed over with flimsy reasons. And this despite the fact that according to postal rules on the Internet it shouldn't be a problem. So either the post office should revise or update its online rules, or the good woman should make her own rules. I don't think there's much to say about the new opening times. Just a joke
