::This doesn't go to the post office, I like to go there for a copy or bank statements. The salespeople have always been nice. Having too much to do was a bit overwhelming. But I can understand. But are DHL drivers too stupid to read? Once again I have to pick up a package even though a storage location has been specified. Finally hire sensible people who do THEIR JOB and don't make a fuss over a 1.5 kg package as if they had to carry an elephant.

::Unfortunately, one time there was a package that didn't disappear. I have invested hours and days. To get compensation. Something like that is just annoying... how can you lose a package like that? I don't understand this... Now 3 days ago I was there again to pick up what I had packed (2 pieces) and I only got one. But I was also told there are definitely two there. And you look for it. Because I needed it more than urgently and here I had the biggest problems again because I didn't receive my package on time... which wasn't delivered to me on Saturday even though I was at home. Went to the branch on Monday morning... There I received the message for both packages at 9:18 a.m.! Packages are ready to be picked up. Less than half an hour later I get there and only get one. The three of us searched for half an hour... no results. I said it's more like important. Then I should leave my cell phone number with the information that they will call me around midday to afternoon. And I'll get it in the morning. (Tuesday at the latest) where it is already more like late. Today Wednesday, still no phone notification! No package! And the biggest stress about a package in my life. Because it was put on the return cart like it was supposed to be!!! I went there again on Monday at 11 a.m. and walked into the store and someone called me straight away “I said we would get in touch”….. That's what I call customer-oriented work!!!! Talking stupidly at the customer when you enter the store to give more information because you might have hopes that you will find your package like that... Even my question as to whether people consciously do this with the packages with me, and the question whether they even have a personal problem that problems like this are constant. Wasn't answered. That's why I like to write it not like other people, not anonymously! Otherwise the final yes my phone number and name!

::The unfriendly Deutsche Post branch I've ever been to. People look at you stupidly from far away, I'll never set foot in there again, I'd rather stay in my beloved branch in Staufen, at least you'll be greeted there as if you've known each other for 20 years!!!!
