  I've been enjoying going to this branch again for about 3 months. The new employee is really great. Everything seems very pleasant since the unfriendly employee left. Always an open ear, so it's fun and customer friendliness has returned.

  Unfortunately, I have never been able to experience being treated kindly in the branch and the branch has lost its bad reputation in the entire surrounding area. Today (November 7th, 2023) the bird was shot down. I was seriously personally insulted and my hands were folded over my head beaten, with the cheeky question and in the worst tone of voice, I've probably never sent a package before?! Because I stuck up a handwritten note that was easy to read, properly stickered and waterproof. To be honest, stay at home if you can't deal with people in a friendly way and everything is too much for you, this woman should lose her job! Really everyone speaks really badly about the staff in the entire Gablenzcenter.

  I visit the post office near me regularly and am extremely satisfied with their services. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and waiting times are usually short. The branch is well organized, clean, and offers a variety of shipping and financial services. Overall, an excellent stop for all of my mailing needs.
