::I just stand there like 10 minutes but it wasnt their fault I personally saw that packages were delivered late I think DHL should warn its package carriers a little.

::Had to wait 15min. They handle about 1package per minute. They are very nice. Can blame them for DHL dropping my package 4km from home.

::Would give a 0 if I could. International package delivered to this Packstation, I went on the day where the leaflet said the package would be there, wasn’t there, was informed I could write a Vollmacht to someone else,since I wouldn’t be in Munich for the next week, I did this but still they refused to deliver it to my friend. Completely unreliable and they should definitely stick to being a small shop, not a post station.
