  Shortly after 8:00 p.m., the very unfriendly guy firmly rejected me even though the internet said it would be open until 9:00 p.m. I just wanted to pick up 2 packages that I had delivered here while I was in transit. Unfortunately I can forget it now because we're moving on

  Post office in the basement - subway corridor - bought an envelope - bought a stamp - unfortunately it couldn't be more unfriendly - had to wait to make sure that the stamp was actually stuck on it. My insistent waiting then resulted in the envelope being processed.

  They lost my shipment of important documents. It has nothing to do with DHL but is this bad shop with very poorly trained staff, maybe there is a system behind it but it is difficult to prove otherwise they would have lost their license long ago.
