::The post office is housed in a home goods store! Waiting times ok - sometimes more or less depending on peak times! So far I've never had any problems with the service there, BUT the employee (older lady) is just so unfriendly! She immediately gets angry when things don't go her way! Constantly insults customers for their ignorance! Has an extremely short patience when it comes to foreign citizens who have problems with the German language! Although they can communicate, they do not always understand the official language of the post office! She feels directly personally attacked when you express your opinion to her in a constructive and friendly manner... Mr. Gödde, please reconsider your choice of personnel! In Beckum the ladies are really 100 times nicer!!!
