::A lot has changed for the better in this branch. Sympathetic, friendly staff, whose friendliness is also appreciated; no more long queues and, above all, prompt, quick service to customers. There's no comparison to the past, when you felt like a troublemaker stopping the ladies from taking the break. However, the opening times are no longer up to date. Why is the shop closed from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. if, for example? A lot of people have a lunch break and they could do something at the post office during this time. Especially since it closes again at 6 p.m., which is rather suboptimal given the similar closing time and today's traffic in and around Hövelhof.

::Been there twice so far. Both times taught things out again. At the post office counter I was given a booklet with service numbers, where I then had to wait in queues for hours. Poorly trained staff. The ladies don't even know what services the company they work for offers...

::Extremely unfriendly and incompetent service. I was refused a simple pickup of my mail because “the system had an error.” But no one cared about solving this problem. Even though I had ID, I couldn't pick up my mail. Deutsche Post should be happy that it enjoys an unavoidable position in this country. Thank you for nothing.
