  2 stars because the employees are almost always nice. Unfortunately, the packages are lined up in rows in the area where customers walk along, and packages that have been dropped off are left unattended in the cart in front of the store. In general, you should not hand in any packages on Fridays, as these are usually not processed until Tuesday. The store is accepting many more packages (both for customer pickup and DHL pickup) than they should. Alternatively, DHL should simply create more capacity for collection. Without the DHL shop in the store, it would no longer exist for a long time.

  Friendly, hard-working and reliable employees! I have had many shipments delivered by DHL employees for years and I am always satisfied. When I had small misunderstandings, Mr. Harb helped me solve them in a friendly and competent manner. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent service from the post office at SCHWARZ by Mr. Harb in Hanover Bemerode. Without the hard work of these mostly young people, everything wouldn't go so well.
