::If you get a collection slip from Friday and want to pick up the letter today on a Monday, the woman (shoulder-length dark hair, tall and thin) doesn't even check to see if it's there. Instead she just says, programs from the weekend aren't there yet... It's from Friday... Not from Saturday... Without even looking, just brush it off. Impossible.

::There is always something going on here and the process with one person at the counter is too slow. So you should bring plenty of time. The latest postal regulations were also not known locally and had to be clarified... One letter = half an hour wait... I probably won't come back!
