Even in the stress of Christmas, they are willing to correct the mistakes of the other branch without complaining and/or making fun of the customer, even though it wasn't the customer's fault that the recipient and sender were mixed up in the dear branch on Evers.

::Terrible service! There’s a VERY rude lady working in here! Every-time I go to pick up a package this lady is EXTREMELY rude and the process is extremely chaotic! And base on the previous comments I am not the first one that complains about here. If you don’t know how to behave in a public facing job you should not work in one!
