Unfriendly branch, unfortunately not at all customer oriented. I can only recommend moving to the next branch in Neufahrn/Ndb, where super friendly, customer-oriented people serve you.

Staff unfriendly! The women who work there are always unfriendly and extremely meticulous when it comes to measurements. Had a BüWa shipment that was not accepted because it was 1 cm too high. However, it was easy to squeeze them together because the envelope was always full of air. It just didn't slip through the frame on its own and so had to buy a new brand. It also often seems as if they don't know how to do their job. I had 4 packages franked online with the corresponding QR codes on my cell phone, but the two of them didn't understand it despite the explanation. “That doesn’t work, that doesn’t fit” blah blah blah. After I said what they should do, it worked out. The older gentleman is always very friendly and always tries to get the best out of you, he's great!

So here in the finale everything is going wrong at the moment, packages don't arrive, they are simply sent back, even though the name and everything is on it. And there are no parcel labels at all, or in the wrong names. And the friendliness in the finale really leaves a lot to be desired

The older lady at the information desk is very unfriendly. When asked about a registered letter, she became very sulky and said she didn't have it (mumbled to herself 3 times in annoyance). When asked where the letter might be, she said she didn't know. Conclusion: Not at all customer oriented. Possibly retrain on employee friendliness. Every person has their own burden to bear, but I have no understanding for something like that. I also work in sales/information and take time for every customer. Best regards Kruger Tobias
