::My rating only includes the post office, a complete disaster when it comes to picking up packages. Recently, after three trips to the branch, an employee was finally able to hand out the package. After I asked why I had to come for 3 days in a row, I got a clumsy answer, WHY it's been here for 3 days... Today I'm picking up the package again from 12 p.m. Went there at 12.30 nooo, it's not here yet, come back at 2 p.m. When I asked why the pick-up slip said from 12 p.m., it only said that's just the way it is, we're all just human. :-(
